    Q: What's my userid, password, and clientid?
    A: You must contact StaffingSoft to obtain this information. To view contact information for StaffingSoft click here.

    Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
    A: You can reset your password here. You must provide a valid userid and a valid clientid.

    Q: I am getting a message telling me that "Your session has expired". Why?
    A: Your connection to StaffingSoft has been idling for an extended period of time. Therefore, the idled connection is automatically expired. You just need to login again to gain access to StaffingSoft.

    Q: I can successfully login from my desk? However, when I go my to co-worker's desk and try to login again as myself, I get an "Invalid login" message. Why?
    A: A userid can only be login from one computer at a time. From the same PC, the user can login from multiple browser sessions. However, the same userid is not allowed to login from more than one computer at any one time.

    Q: What should I do if I am experiencing technical difficulties?
    A: The following is a list of troubleshooting tips for the most commonly encountered technical difficulties:
    • Clear your browser's cache.

      Firefox
      Chrome
      Safari
      Opera
      If you are unsure what browser you are using, click here to find out.
      Once your cache has been cleared, close all browser windows—if you are using a Mac, you must fully quit the program through the menu—then restart your browser and continue your activity.
    • If you are experiencing a problem with your internet connection, verify that your network and computer hardware are in working order, then contact your internet service provider's customer support.
    • Please note that older versions of Internet Explorer may not be compatible, update your internet browser to its most current version.
    • Add StaffingSoft's URL to your browser's list of trusted sites.
    • If possible, try logging in from a different computer to see if the issue persists. If it does not, the issue most likely lies with the computer itself.
